final tally:
- 12 blue whales { one roughly a year old }
- an enormous pod of dancing dolphins
- a school of mola mola { sunfish }
- a whole lotta sea lions { fun fact: an easy way to tell seals & sea lions apart - sea lions have ear flaps, seals do not. }
- 2 night herons { one juvenile }
All in all, one pretty amazing day.

These photos are beautiful! I absolutely love aquariums, ocean life, its so peaceful and calming... which is actually how I found your art long ago- online, then prints at Urban outfitters...(ocean life is hard to come by in Colorado)! I live on the coast now near Santa Monica and I love it, just recently getting my art into a gallery on Abbot Kinney and will be the featured artist at Whole Foods on Wilshire in October! Huzzah. I'd kill to hear your thoughts, and if not I remain your faithful fan :)
